  • 40 year 29 gauge metal siding and roofing in your choice of 22 colors. 

  • 4" x 4' pressure treated runners

  • Treated 2" x 4" floor joists 12" on center

  • Flooring – 3/4" treated plywood  ( Yes you can park vehicles in this garage!! )

  • Garage doors - one 9’ x 7′ on single car, two 9 x 7 on double car, and three 9 x 7 on triple car garages

  • 36" entry door steel 6 panel entry door

  • 2- 30'′ x 3′ vinyl non-insulated windows

  • 7′ side walls

  • 2" x 4" side wall double studs 48" on center

  • 2" x 6" rafters 48" on center

Site Prep

95% of the garages we deliver are rolled off directly on the ground. The ground needs to be fairly level for your garage to sit good. You can also grade or level your site, have a stone base, or even pour a concrete pad, the ground work is up to you and we will place your building on whatever base you provide. We need 2 feet of room around both sides of the barn or shelter and 14 foot clearance height for delivery.


Delivery Area and Options​​

  • You may also bring your own truck and trailer to our fabrication shop location and we will load your single car garages and you can then deliver it yourself.

  • If you would like a delivery quote email us what you are wanting as well as the delivery address and we will email you back a delivery quote.

  • Everyone is approved!

  • Available for 24, 36, 48, or 60 months

  • Your delivery address must be within 150 miles of Rockville Indiana (47872) by google maps our zip code to yours.

  • Paper work can be done in our office or over the phone. All paperwork is completed online.

  • Auto pay is an option.

  • We also offer insurance for a small price each month.

  • You will need a valid ID with your picture.

 
Payment Information
 
  1. We Accept Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card and American Express over the phone.
  2. When you place your order by email or when you call to place your order we can email you an invoice and you can pay the invoice safely and securely by, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or by ACH bank draft from your checking account.
  3. ​You may also remit a check with a copy of your invoice to the address shown on the invoice. If sending a check please email us back and let us know you will be paying by check.
