If we have any of the metal dutch door horse barns in stock they can be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. If not and we have to build one to fit your needs it would be ready for delivery or pickup in 3 to 4 weeks from purchase.

Dutch Door Horse Barn Description

  • Shed roof style with 2 foot over hang in front

  • 40 year 29 gauge metal siding and roofing in your choice of 22 colors.

  • These come with 1 to 4 stalls check sizes and pricing to the right

  • Enclosed front with 4′ x 7' dutch door for each stall

  • 1 – 3′ x 2′ window with steel grill guard per stall

  • Treated 6" x 6" full length runners that are bolted together on every corner with steel tow hooks

  • 2" x 4" double posts wall studs 4 foot on center

  • 2" x 6" roof joists 4 foot on center

  • 40 inch high board wall divders between stalls with 34" tall steel horse stall grill on top

  • 40" High 1" x 8" ash or oak kick boards around the inside walls on top of 6" x 6" runners

  • Single bubble In roof

Dutch Door Horse Barns

Site Prep

95% of the horse barns and livestock shelters we deliver are rolled off directly on the ground. The ground needs to be fairly level for your barn or shelter to sit good. You can also grade or level your site, have a stone base, or even pour a concrete pad, the ground work is up to you and we will place your building on whatever base you provide. We need 2 feet of room around both sides of the barn or shelter and 14 foot clearance height for delivery.
We also suggest that you face your barn or shelter's front door opening away from prevailing winds. We also sell barn and shelter anchors for anchoring you barn or shelter to the ground. All though our barns and shelters are heavy we suggest you consider using the anchors as extra protection against high wind damage.

Rent To Own
 

  • Everyone is approved! Building price must be $15,000 or less.

  • Rent-to-own of 24 and 36 months. You can payoff anytime with no penalty.

  • Your delivery address must be within 150 miles of Rockville Indiana (47872) by google maps our zip code to yours.

  • Paper work can be done in our office or over the phone. All paperwork is completed online.

  • Auto pay is an option.

  • We also offer insurance for a small price each month.

  • You will need a valid ID with your picture.

 

Payment Information

 

  1. We Accept Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express over the phone.
  2. When you place your order by email or when you call to place your order we can email you an invoice and you can pay the invoice safely and securely by, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or by ACH bank draft from your checking account.
  3. ​You may also remit a check with a copy of your invoice to the address shown on the invoice. If sending a check please email us back and let us know you will be paying by check.
  4. There is a 3% card usage fee for every transaction.
