If we have any of the standard metal garages in stock they can be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. If not and we have to build one to fit your needs it would be ready for delivery or pickup in 3 to 4 weeks from purchase.

  • Flooring – 3/4" treated plywood ( Yes you can park vehicles in this garage!! )

  • Garage doors - one 9’ x 7′ on single car

  • 36" entry door steel 6 panel

  • 2- 30" x 3′ vinyl non-insulated slider windows

  • 7′6" side walls

  • 2" x 4" side wall double studs 48" on center

  • 2" x 6" rafters 48" on center

  • Bubble wrap in ceiling

  • Delivered pre-built and ready to use

Site Prep

95% of the garages we deliver are rolled off directly on the ground. The ground needs to be fairly level for your garage to sit good. You can also grade or level your site, have a stone base, or even pour a concrete pad, the ground work is up to you and we will place your building on whatever base you provide. We need 2 feet of room around both sides of the barn or shelter and 14 foot clearance height for delivery.

Rent To Own
 

  • Everyone is approved! Building must be $14,999 or less.

  • First month rent and security deposit required to order for rental agreements 24, 36, 48, and 60 months.

  • You can payoff anytime with no penalty.

  • Your delivery address must be within 150 miles of Rockville Indiana (47872) by google maps our zip code to yours.

  • Paper work can be done in our office or over the phone. All paperwork is completed online.

  • Auto pay is an option.

  • We also offer insurance for a small price each month.

  • You will need a valid ID with your picture.

 
Payment Information
 
  1. We Accept Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card and American Express over the phone.
  2. When you place your order by email or when you call to place your order we can email you an invoice and you can pay the invoice safely and securely by, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or by ACH bank draft from your checking account.
  3. ​You may also remit a check with a copy of your invoice to the address shown on the invoice. If sending a check please email us back and let us know you will be paying by check.
