• Shed roof style with 2 foot over hang in front

• 40 year 29 gauge metal siding and roofing in your choice of 22 colors. 

• Fully open front with 3' metal on each corner on 24' long and longer sheds and 1' of metal on each front corner on sheds smaller than 24' long

• 4' Treated lumber tongue and groove around bottom outside of shelter

• Treated 6" x 6" full length runners that are bolted together on each corner with steel tow hooks

• 2" x 4" double posts every 4 feet

• 2" x 6" roof rafters every 4 feet

• Full 1" x 8" rough cut oak kick boards 48 inches high around the entire inside walls

• Color matched screws

• Outside side edge of front runner to outside edge of rear runner 10 or 12 Feet

• Outside edge of end runner to outside edge of opposite end runner is 12 to 40 feet

• Height from ground to metal roof on front is 113 inches

• Height from bottom of front runner to bottom of door header is 107 inches

• Door opening height is 107 inches tall

• Height from ground to metal on roof in back wall is 86 inches

In Stock or Not?
If we have any of the open front wood and metal shed roof cattle shelters in stock they can be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. If not and we have to build one to fit your needs it would be ready for delivery or pickup in 3 to 4 weeks from purchase.

Rent To Own
 

• Everyone is approved!

• Rent-to-own is available for 24 and 36 months.

• Your delivery address must be within 150 miles of Rockville Indiana (47872) by google maps our zip code to yours.

• You will need to come to our sales office in person to fill out the rent to own paperwork and pay the 15% deposit. This allows us to verify you are who you say you are.

• You will need a valid ID with your picture.

Payment Information
 

1. We Accept Checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover Card and American Express over the phone.

2. When you place your order by email or when you call to place your order we can email you an invoice and you can pay the invoice safely and securely by, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, or by ACH bank draft from your checking account.

3. ​You may also remit a check with a copy of your invoice to the address shown on the invoice. If sending a check please email us back and let us know you will be paying by check.

Site Prep

95% of the horse barns and livestock shelters we deliver are rolled off directly on the ground. The ground needs to be fairly level for your barn or shelter to sit good. You can also grade or level your site, have a stone base, or even pour a concrete pad, the ground work is up to you and we will place your building on whatever base you provide. We need 2 feet of room around both sides of the barn or shelter and 14 foot clearance height for delivery.
We also suggest that you face your barn or shelter's front door opening away from prevailing winds. We also sell barn and shelter anchors for anchoring you barn or shelter to the ground. All though our barns and shelters are heavy we suggest you consider using the anchors as extra protection against high wind damage.
